1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use restorelab.co.za (the "site") or buy from Restore Lab ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not limit any rights you have under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

2. Who we are

Restore Lab is a South African online retailer. We sell Smilekit purple whitening strips. We are the retailer, not the manufacturer: the product is supplied in its original Smilekit packaging and we do not make the formula. Our contact details are on our Contact information page.

3. Products and information

  • We aim to describe the product accurately. Some images on the site are AI-styled product visuals and are labelled as such; the supplier photograph shows the original packaging.
  • The packaging carries the manufacturer's claims. We do not promise a particular shade change, result or sensitivity-free experience.
  • Read the supplied instructions, ingredients and warnings before use, and use the product only as directed. If you have concerns about suitability, speak to your dentist before buying.
  • Reviews marked as supplier reviews come from the product's supplier listing and are not Restore Lab customer reviews.

4. Orders, prices and payment

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
  • If a product cannot be supplied, or a price was shown in error, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa only. The product is bought from our supplier after you order and is not held as local stock. See our Shipping policy.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You have a 7-day cooling-off period after delivery and statutory rights for defective goods. See our Refund policy.

7. Privacy

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.

8. Use of the site

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful purposes. The site's content, branding and images belong to Restore Lab or its licensors.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order applies to that order.
