Where we deliver

We deliver within South Africa only.

How our stock works

Restore Lab buys Smilekit purple whitening strips from our supplier after you place your order. The product is not held as ready-to-dispatch local stock, so delivery takes longer than it would for an item that is already in a local warehouse.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on our supplier and courier and can vary. Please contact us for the current delivery estimate before you order, especially if you need the product by a particular date. Once your order has been dispatched, we will let you know by email.

Shipping rates

• Standard delivery: R100
• Express delivery: R150
• Free Standard delivery on orders of R770 or more

The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delays, damage and lost parcels

If your order is taking longer than the estimate we gave you, or it arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number (and photographs if it is damaged). See our Refund policy for your options.
